The Story

Figma’s new Figma node lets a frame from Figma Design become an input inside a Weave workflow. Text and image layers can be selected for variation while fonts, layout, and styling remain intact. ([figma.com](https://www.figma.com/release-notes/?utm_source=openai))

The useful shift is conceptual: AI generation starts from an existing visual system rather than from a blank prompt. That makes the workflow much closer to art direction, versioning, and campaign adaptation than open-ended image generation.

For Studio Wensday, this suggests a practical offer: build the core identity once, then design the controlled inputs that let a small team produce many coherent outputs without flattening the original point of view.

Studio Wensday Angle

Treat AI as a system-aware production layer, not a replacement for the system.
