UAB turns student success into an in-house campaign system
UAB launched an in-house recruitment campaign built around student opportunity, academic strengths and a recently refreshed visual identity.
A recruitment campaign becomes stronger when its promise is connected to lived experience.
The Story
UAB’s “Blaze a Brighter Future” campaign was produced entirely in-house and connects student recruitment messaging to academic programmes, facilities, opportunity and student success. It follows a brand refresh introduced in 2025. The useful lesson is not simply that an internal team can make a campaign. It is that a campaign works harder when its visual language is tied to a clear inventory of real institutional strengths.
For Studio Wensday, that means beginning higher-ed work with a content and proof audit: what can students actually see, experience, measure or retell? The creative direction should make those assets easier to recognise—not decorate a vague promise.
