The most useful AI education story is institutional practice
Adobe’s new Academic Innovation Café focuses on sustained faculty development rather than one-off tool demonstrations.
The Story
Adobe’s new virtual series for higher education is centred on curriculum innovation, digital creativity and generative AI, with a featured session on a year-long faculty fellowship at Central Michigan University.
That framing is more mature than the usual “learn the tool” workshop. It treats adoption as a cultural and pedagogical process: people need time to test, compare, reflect and build confidence together.
For Studio Wensday, this is a useful model for client education. A short workshop can be the opening move, but the real value comes from giving teams a shared practice they can continue without the consultant in the room.
